To help you prepare for your excursion, please download and print the following resources:

• Session Schedule – outlining your school groups' activities and timings. Each session schedule contains a one-page overview, followed by a separate page for each activity rotation for ease of reading and printing.
  • Session 1 (9.15 AM – 10.45 AM)
  • Session 2 (11.00 AM – 12.30 PM)
  • Session 3 (1.00 PM – 2.30 PM)

• Festival Program – showcasing all activities across the Festival

• Site Plan – helping you navigate the venue on the day

• Traffic Map – showing bus drop-off and pick-up locations
